Registration for the 2007 North American Educational Forum is Now Closed

Due to the overwhelming demand, registration for the 2007 North American Educational Forum on Lymphoma, which is scheduled to take place on October 12th to 14th at the New York Marriott Brooklyn Bridge, is now closed.  The Lymphoma Research Foundation (LRF) and Lymphoma Foundation Canada (LFC) sincerely thank you for your interest in this program.  We will be webcasting many sessions and audio recording all sessions.  Both webcasting (synchronized slide and audio format) and CDs will be available free of charge shortly after the program.  For more information or to reserve a copy of the CD recordings now, please call (800) 500-9976 or e-mail helpline@lymphoma.org.

Wait List
A wait list has been established, in the event already-registered attendees cancel their registration.  To be added to the wait list, please call (800) 500-9976 or e-mail helpline@lymphoma.org.   If space opens up and you are added to the actual registration list, we will notify you by Friday, September 28, 2007.  If you do not hear from us by this date, please assume that space is not available to accommodate you.
The Lymphoma Research Foundation (LRF) is not able to guarantee that those on the waitlist will be able to attend, so we recommend you do not book travel at this point in time; please wait until you hear from us.

Thank you again.  We look forward to serving you at future patient education conferences.  Save the date for the upcoming Minnesota Lymphoma Workshop on November 3, 2007.  The location for the 2008 North American Educational Forum on Lymphoma is still being solidified.  We will post this information by the end of 2007.  Hope to see you there!
