On behalf of my heirs, my administrators, and myself I hereby assume any and all risks which might be associated with the Lymphoma Research Foundation Holyoke Saint Patrick's Day Road Race. I waive and release all rights and claims of any kind (and I agree to take no legal action with respect thereto) that I may have against the sponsor or organizers, including without limitation, the Lymphoma Research Foundation and any others connected with this event or their representatives, successors, and assigns, for any and all injuries or damages of any kind whatsoever suffered by me as a result of taking part in the event and related activities. I grant full permission for sponsor or organizers and their agents to use photographs or videos of me in accounts and promotions of this event.
