 Identify media contacts
 Write media releases
 Deliver media releases

 Serve on Board/Leadership team
 Plan chapter activities and develop chapter calender
 Chair a committee
 Recruit other chapter volunteers
 Treasurer
 Secretary
 Identify volunteer recognition opportunites
 
Dina Russello, Advocacy Chair
 Receive, via e-mail, information on policies and laws that affect lymphoma patients and survivors
 Send occasional letters or e-mail messages to Members of Congress regarding issues that are important to the lymphoma community, asking for their support. (Content provided by LRF.)
 Participate with other chapter members in local meetings with our federal legislators
 I know a local policy maker and can introduce him/her to LRF's programs
