Support Programs and Resources

The Lymphoma Research Foundation (LRF) support programs include our Lymphoma Support Network, Helpline and Clinical Trials Information Service, Financial Assistance Program and Stories of Hope. These programs are designed to provide members of the lymphoma community with the information and support that they need. Links to additional resources are also provided to assist members of the lymphoma community in their search for information.

Lymphoma Support Network

Join the Lymphoma Support Network, a national, one-to-one peer support program that matches lymphoma patients or caregivers with volunteers who have had similar lymphoma-related experiences.

Lymphoma Helpline and Clinical Trials Information Service

Trained staff members are available to answer your questions and provide individual support to you and your loved ones.  Support services include:

• Information on diagnosis, types of lymphomas, treatment options, potential side effects, and up-to-date research findings
• Referrals to financial assistance programs, legal and insurance help 
• Clinical trial searches based on the patient's diagnosis and treatment history

Financial Assistance

LRF offers two financial assistance programs for patients currently undergoing treatment for lymphoma.  Through these programs, LRF may be able to pay a portion of a patients' medical bills or assist with quality-of-life expenses.

Stories of Hope

While you may have many things in common with others with lymphoma, every person's experience is unique.  Read about people with various lymphomas who have shared their stories to help provide hope and inspiration to others. Submit your story of hope.

LRF Inspire Community

LRF, in collaboration with Inspire, is pleased to provide an online community for people affected by a lymphoma diagnosis. The LRF Inspire Community allows members of the lymphoma community to connect with others. User can create personal profiles, participate in discussions and blog. LRF provides links to organizations, publications and other Internet resources which can assist you in finding lymphoma information and support. Organizations listed were chosen for their ability to provide information and services relevant to the lymphoma community nationwide. Online resources are screened for patient-friendly, useful information which is educational in nature and not promotional in any way. We hope that the resources will assist you in learning more about the disease and available support services. We also hope you will find comfort in knowing that there are people and places to help you financially, educationally and emotionally through your journey with lymphoma.
