About the Forum
The North American Educational Forum on Lymphoma is the most comprehensive lymphoma-specific educational conference in North America! This 2 ½ day annual program provides critical information on treatment options, patient support issues, clinical trials and the latest advances in lymphoma research to people with lymphoma and their loved ones.

Registration Instructions and Fees
Registration fees include access to all educational sessions, exhibits, conference handouts/material, the official conference welcome bag and the following meals:
• Receptions: Friday and Saturday (both receptions will serve enough food to serve as dinner)
• Breakfast: Saturday and Sunday (continental breakfast)
• Lunch: Saturday (plated, three-course meal) and Sunday (boxed lunch)
• Refreshments: Throughout the weekend
The registration fee schedule and important deadlines are as follows:
• Early Registration: $50 USD per person (available until Friday, September 21, 2012)
• Regular Registration: $100 USD per person (available until Friday, October 19, 2012)
• Registration Closing Date: Friday, October 19, 2012
o Note: The cut-off date for the discounted sleeping rooms at the Manhattan Beach Marriott
is Tuesday, October 16, 2012 or until the block is completely sold out. Remember to register and
