Scientific Advisory Board

The Scientific Advisory Board of the Lymphoma Research Foundation is a volunteer group of the nation's leading researchers and lymphoma oncologists. Members of the SAB advise LRF on what research grants to fund based upon the scientific merit of the projects proposed, the demonstrated ability of the researcher and the suitability of the sponsor and the institution. The Scientific Advisory Board reviews the applications and makes their recommendations to the LRF Board of Directors for final approval.

In addition to reviewing and approving grant applications for lymphoma research, the SAB meets annually to discuss the Foundation's scientific agenda and explore ways to expand its research efforts in order to accelerate the development successful treatments and ultimately a cure.
