Healthcare Provider Grant Program

LRF offers a limited financial assistance program to help uninsured and underinsured with unpaid medical bills.

Applicants must:

1. Complete an application and demonstrate a financial need.
2. Be a first time applicant to this program
3. Be currently undergoing lymphoma treatment as certified by their physician.

Uninsured or underinsured applicants should indicate on their application and discuss with the Coordinator if they have accumulated medical debt. Funds are available to reimburse healthcare providers for patients' hospital or physician bills that insurance will not reimburse. Amount is determined on a case by case basis and is usually a percentage of overall debt. Decisions are also affected by LRF's current level of funding for this grant program.

LRF's program does not cover co-pays for drugs, everyday living expenses, such as food, rent, or utility bills or treatment related costs, such as transportation, childcare or cosmetic aides.  Go to financial assistance resources for additional assistance.
