About the Ed Forum
The North American Educational Forum on Lymphoma is the most comprehensive lymphoma-specific educational conference in North America! This 2 ½ day annual program provides lymphoma patients, survivors and their loved ones with critical information about making the best decisions on treatment options, patient support issues and the latest in lymphoma research. Conference Highlights

  • Expanded Conference Structure: Over 30 different disease-specific and special breakout session topics, comprehensive panel presentations, post-conference workshops, survivor profiles and much more! 
  • Expert Speaking Faculty: Hear a variety of presentations and have your specific questions answered by our expert speaking faculty comprised of over 35 lymphoma specialists and patient support experts from around the world.  Hear from the experts in your type of lymphoma.
  • Unrivaled Networking: Meet other people with your same type of lymphoma and exchange ideas and experiences.  Networking opportunities include: welcome reception, meals by disease type, extended breaks, disease-specific sessions and more! 

New for 2010

  • Survivor Profiles: Hear lymphoma survivors and loved ones share their stories with you during the Survivor Profile: A Story of Hope presentations throughout the weekend. 
  • Caregiver/Loved One Networking Breakfast: Meet other caregivers/loved ones and share your stories and experiences at the special networking breakfast on Sunday morning.  For caregivers and loved ones only
  • Stories of Hope: Lymphoma survivors and loved ones are encouraged to submit their perspectives or messages online.  Stories of Hope will be displayed throughout the conference.  More information coming soon.
  • Live Blog: Sign-up to receive access to the first-ever live blog from the Forum.  More information coming soon. 

Agenda and Speaking Faculty
The Forum's agenda includes general session presentations, panel discussions, disease-specific breakout sessions, patient support topic sessions and a variety of networking opportunities. More information coming soon.

Drs. Crump and Gregory are in the process of assembling more than 35 lymphoma experts and patient support specialists from around the world to present at this year's Forum. More information coming soon.

Hotel Accomodations
The official hotel is the Hotel Nikko, which is located in San Francisco, California. Special group rates are available from Thursday, September 23, 2010 to Monday, September 27, 2010. Group rates are valid three days prior and three days post the official conference block as noted above and are offered subject to hotel availability. View Hotel Information

Registration Instructions and Fees
The registration fee schedule and cut-off dates for lymphoma patients, survivors and loved ones are as follows:

• Early Registration: $50 USD per person (available until August 1, 2010)
• Regular Registration: $100 USD per person (available until September 3, 2010)
Registration Closing Date: September 3, 2010

 REGISTRATION IS NOT CURRENTLY OPEN. Please e-mail LRF to be notified when registration opens.

Registration fees include access to all sessions, the official conference welcome bag and the following meals: Friday Welcome Reception and breakfast, lunch and refreshments throughout the conference. You can pay your registration fee by credit card (MasterCard, Visa and American Express only) or check.
