The North American Educational Forum on Lymphoma is the most comprehensive lymphoma-specific educational conference in North America! This 2 ½ day annual program provides lymphoma patients, survivors and their loved ones with critical information about making the best decisions on treatment options, patient support issues and the latest in lymphoma research.

- Survivor Profiles: Hear lymphoma survivors and loved ones share their stories with you during the Survivor Profile: A Story of Hope presentations throughout the weekend.
- Caregiver/Loved One Networking Breakfast: Meet other caregivers/loved ones and share your stories and experiences at the special networking breakfast on Sunday morning. For caregivers and loved ones only.
- Stories of Hope: Lymphoma survivors and loved ones are encouraged to submit their perspectives or messages online. Stories of Hope will be displayed throughout the conference. Learn more, and share your story here.

Hotel Accommodations
The official hotel is the Hotel Nikko, which is located in San Francisco, California. Special group rates are available from Thursday, September 23, 2010 to Monday, September 27, 2010. Group rates are valid three days prior and three days post the official conference block as noted above and are offered subject to hotel availability. View Hotel Information
Registration Instructions and Fees
The registration fee schedule and cut-off dates for lymphoma patients, survivors and loved ones are as follows:
• Early Registration: $50 USD per person (extended until September 7, 2010)
• Registration Closing Date: September 7, 2010
Registration fees include access to all sessions, the official conference welcome bag and the following meals: Friday Welcome Reception and breakfast, lunch and refreshments throughout the conference. You can pay your registration fee by credit card (MasterCard, Visa and American Express only) or check.
