A Profile of Hope—Brian's Story
In Brian’s own words:
I was diagnosed with Stage II MALT lymphoma on April 3, 2008. I found out when I had an open biopsy that showed I was positive for lymphoma.
I had a wonderful experience with treatment. I had no side effects, or sickness with treatment. And the treatment did the job. My tumor is not considered malignant anymore.
I have learned that you can not take life for granted, because anything can come and change your whole life. I have changed so much from my experience, and the change I have made has been a very positive one!
I am feeling GREAT! I have more energy, more positive, and am glad to be here to tell my story!
The most change I have had is my attitude. I am happier and so glad I pulled through this trying time. I want to be very involved with helping others cope with this disease.
Do you want to help eradicate lymphoma?
Do you want to help those touched by this disease?
