Each year, billions of dollars are donated to America’s charities through workplace giving campaigns. It’s well known that employees want to work for companies that care. In fact, Cone Research found that 79% of people prefer to work for a socially responsible company and 79% of employees think it’s important that their companies match their charitable giving. Workplace giving allows your company and your employees to work together to benefit the community while increasing employee morale and providing a no cost employee benefit.
Strengthen your workforce by promoting employee wellness, volunteerism and fundraising:
Types of Workplace Giving
Payroll deduction is one of the simplest ways employees can support the Lymphoma Research Foundation. Consider offering an automatic payroll deduction for employees on a one-time basis, or recurring each pay period.
Participate in a Lymphoma Walk with Co-Workers
Participating in a Lymphoma Walk with your co-workers builds camaraderie in your office as well as encourages employees to give back to the community and support peers whose lives may have been impacted by lymphoma
It is easy to get your colleagues excited about LRF. Launch a workplace giving campaign! Invite the Lymphoma Research Foundation to host a Lunch and Learn for your employees to learn about lymphoma and the impact of LRF. Allow us to assist you in designing and implementing an informative, fun, rewarding campaign built around your corporate culture.
Employee Volunteer Grants
Volunteer grants are workplace giving programs set up to encourage employees to volunteer in the communities where they live and work. Your company can provide an incentive by offering grants to the Lymphoma Research Foundation to match your employee volunteer time with LRF.
As an employer you could match your employee’s gifts! Many employers double, even triple charitable donations. Some companies also match gifts made by retirees and/or spouses. Please contact us for additional information.
